7/XI/15 - 33cl bottle @ La Vaudrée II (Liège) - BB: 8/VIII/16 (2015-1545)
Clear blond to light orange beer, solid creamy white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: yeasty, bit fruity, grains, malty, biscuits, sweet. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sour, some citrus, grassy hops, hint of grapefruit, bit infected. Aftertaste: spicy touch, coriander, cloves, orange peel, bit soapy, malty finish. Decent but not very exciting.

Bottle at L’Ultime Atome, Ixelles Brussels, Saturday 21st March 2015 Initially quite sweet but settles a little to show a middling bitterness. Touch metallic on the aroma. Some minerally flavours in mouth with a little honey. A bit thin with not a lot else going on. Ok. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
