18/VI/17 - 75cl printed bottle @ my mother in law's place - BB: 4/V/20 (2017-932) Thanks to my mother in law for sharing the bottle!

Clear yellow blond beer, very big creamy broken white head, very stable, bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, sweet, banana, yeast, little spicy, coriander touch. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bit spicy, fruity notes, some banana, little bitter, spicy, some coriander. Aftertaste: pretty bitter touch, lots of yeast, fruity, banana, bit sweet, malty, some caramel and orange peel, soft bitterness. Typical Van Steenberge yeast signature. Technically correct, but a bit boring... I prefer their tripels.
