A hobby brew turned 'professional' by the Ghent brewery Gruut. I already heard about this project a couple of years ago from Joris Walraet himself - a man I know through (distant) relatives. Thanks to Joris for the 75cl bottle! Pours hazy yellow with a quickly diminishing, white head. The aroma contains bitter hops, citrus, some honey & apricot, herbs, pepper and yeast. It tastes medium spicy bitter and light yeasty sour; peppery, dry finish with a lasting, underlying, berry-like sourness. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Not too shabby!
