Clear red brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: spicy, liquorish, aniseed, caramel, overripe banana, some dried dates. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty roasted start, little sour, lots of caramel, some banana. Aftertaste: dry, little sourish, bitter touch, some cocoa powder, banana peel, caramel, bit malty, fruity, green apples.
