077XX is our double IPA focused on harmonizing the extremes inherent in the nature of an American double IPA for long-term drinkability. 07712 is the dubviant tuned up with a third Centennial exclusive dry hop inspired by the places that get it in Asbury Park. Centennial tips Dub’s mix of dank resins and tropical fruit aromas with crunched floral thunder. Drink 07712 and wonder at the wonder of gorgeousness and gorgeosity made dank.

Clear blond to light orange beer, big solid creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, lots of grapefruit, citrus, tropical fruits, bit malty, resinous touch. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty malty start, grains, some caramel, very bitter, grassy, resinous, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: very bitter, some tropical fruits, citrus, bit spicy, herbal, bit resinous.

16 ounce can from Circus Wines, Beer & Spirits in Red Bank (formerly Spirits Unlimited). Number one with a bullet. Clear medium gold pour. Large frothy white head. Fragrant tropical fruit nose. Bittersweet toasted malt flavor upfront. Bold resiny hops combine with fruity notes of mango, berry and mint. Finish is dank, peppery hops all the way. The wonderfully long bitter aftertaste makes this another winner from Carton.
