31st Jan 2020: 8th International Beer Exchange in De Bierboom (Pre Brugge Bier Festival). Couple of bottles doing the rounds, so grabbed a sample as one came to my table. Misty orange/old golden body, white head. The nose held a grainy ester or two with a hint of unsweetened honey. Taste also grainy with a honey hint. OK, but I am not really a honey in beer sort of bloke!

Little cloudy blond to orange beer, creamy dense white head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty oxidized, some honey. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet, malty, grains, bit fruity, some apples, little bitter. Aftertaste: bit oxidized, little bitter, fruity touch, some alcohol, honey, little sweet.
