Dit Limburgs ambachtelijk gebrouwen bier, op basis van Toetëlèr Amber Tripel, heeft 12 maanden op een eiken vat gelegen. Het eiken vat, waarin Limburgse Pinot-Noir wijn werd gerijpt, heeft duidelijk zijn krachtige en intense smaak achtergelaten in dit Vatgerijpt speciaal bier. De houttoets en de licht zoete smaak in combinatie met de zachte romige afdronk zorgen voor een unieke smaakbeleving.

28 April 2019. At Zythos Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, 77ships & tderoeck! Clear amber, small, frothy, thinning, off-white head. Aroma of wood, brett, almond, vinegar, lemon peel, red grapes. Taste is light to medium funky sour, vinegar, lemon acid & brett accentuated by fruity tones of grapes & lemon, bitter hints of wood & nuts, more woody in the dry finish, vague herbal hops, lingering grape & acid. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Bit too strong on the lemon acid.

Clear orange beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, sourish, brett notes, banana yeast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, some tannins, pretty soapy, fruity touch, caramel, some banana. Aftertaste: caramel, banana, little bitter, sourish touch, very yeasty.
