Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks kerenmk. Hazy golden. Yeast, oxidation, a bit of fruitiness, minerals, bitter finish.

22/IV/19 - 33cl bottle from Abbaye des Saveurs (Lille), shared @ home, BB: 7/X/18 (oops) - (2019-583)

Clear dark amber beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty oxidized, caramel, very malty, grains, quite some dried orange peel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet start, caramel, malty, dried orange peel, sugary, oxidized. Aftertaste: sweet and malty, caramel, more oxidation happening, dried orange peel, grains. Let's try to forget that one as quickly as possible, shall we?

Clear deep golden colour, small frothy white head, recedes slowly, light lacing. Aroma sweet malty, grain, caramel, hint of citrus. Taste moderate sweet, slightly bitter, sugary, bit metallic. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, finish medium sugary sweet, light bitter. Overal a thin and bland beer, artificial feel, something to forget...

bottle from Saveur Bière. Deep golden colour with a small, creamy white head. Sweet aroma with something slightly burnt. Hints of caramel, sweet with a burnt touch in the far distance, some aromatic and bitter hops in the finish. An artificial sweetness is luring in the background, but all in all, it’s quite nice and drinkable.
