Garcon de Ferme is a foeder-rested, brettanomyces farmhouse ale. After fermentation, this pleasantly tart ale is blended back onto over a pound and a half per gallon of fresh, whole peaches to reflect and echo that the craft of the old has not been wasted on the young.

0,05l from tap at mbcc green session shared by / with the crew. yellow cloudy color, almost no head. smells of peaches, musty, bit citric, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes grassy, citric, peaches, musty, some marzipan, bit nutty. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of peach, grass and citrus. very nice one. not overly complex but very lovely fruit notes. 8, 4, 8, 3, 17

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Green Session. Sehr trübes hell goldgelbes Bier. Geruch ist sehr fruchtig, lemon, leicht säuerlich, limetten. Geschmack nach limetten, grapefruit, mild säuerlich, spritzig.

Bottle shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a very cloudy earthy yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has extremely earthy peach, oak and a bit of acidic vomit. Flavor has earthy sour peach with oak and a good amount of leafy funk.
