Garcon de Ferme is a foeder-rested, brettanomyces farmhouse ale. After fermentation, this pleasantly tart ale is blended back onto over a pound and a half per gallon of fresh, whole peaches to reflect and echo that the craft of the old has not been wasted on the young.

Keg at BD AGM. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is rich, fresh, sweet - sour, peaches & cream, apricot, funk and barnyard. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, funk, sour peach, apricot, persimmon, lactic, mild acidity, floral, granny smith apple and lemon sherbet. Finish is dry and tart. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fruity, tart and juicy. Delicious!

500ml bottle at share. Pale golden, hazy, small white head. Finally a break from the NE IPAs which are in abundance all of a sudden. Fruity aroma, peaches apricots and plums., some funk and yeast, some savory notes. Taste has the fruitiness up front, with the more traditional saison notes coming in behind.

500 ml bottle. The beer is a light orangey tan color and quite cloudy. Small, fizzy white head. Very pleasant sweet peach flavor. Light lacto note without too much acidity. Solid yogurty flavor. Little bit of dustiness. Peach flavor is fresh and somewhat juicy. Mildly to moderately tart. Good fruit flavor but not quite up to the aroma. Fairly dry. Light to medium body. Pretty good. Peaches seem to work better with the base beer than marionberries.

Bottle @ home, thanks to jcnielsen for this! Pours a slightly cloudy, light yellow orange appearance with a thin white head. Aroma is full of juicy peaches, light oak, apple, lots of funk, some vanilla, and plenty of tropical brett. Somewhat tart flavor. Low sweetness and bitterness. Really delicious and juicy flavor. Lots of funk, brett, and guava. Imminently chuggable beer. Delicious

Bottle thanks to Sam. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is peach flesh, brett, funk, wood. Thin body, brett, tart peach, funky, really enjoyed this.
