On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow. Peach, lemon, vanilla, light funk. Medium body. Decent.

Sour aroma. Sour acid, horse blanket, tart taste with a sweet, tangy peach finish. Brett aftertaste. Delicious.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Tipple. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, semi sweet and sour, white grape, fruit loops, shurbet, blueberry, rasoberry. Flavour is composed of sharp lemon, tart raspberries, fuzzy peaches, sharp , bitter lemon peel. Palate is super sharp, prickly sour, highgish carbonation. Lovely fruit character.

Panda at home, thanks to Tips, 14/11/21. Moderately hazed golden orange with a thin white cap. Nose is tarte lemon, grass, hedgerow, modest funk, hay bale. Taste comprises lemon rind, grass, light funk, apple peel, light acidic tickle, damp wood, green berry must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sharp citric close. Ok saison if a touch on the sharp and tangy side.

Bottle. Master of Malt. Hazed gold. Thin lasting white head. Nose has wheat. Peach flesh and stone. Light brett. Touch of cardboard. Taste has a sorbet tartness. Some astringency. Fine and brisk carbonation. Pretty acidic on the finish.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 5 Oct 2019) Hazy yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, grapefruit an peaches. Fruity, tart taste with notes of peaches, citrus, grapefruit and a fresh acidity in a dry finish. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty with generous peach flavours. Quite harmonious. Very nice.

Sample at SBWF 2019. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Fairly mild with tart peaches, mild funk and some grass. The body was on the light side.
