Color amarillo dorado, translúcida y ligerísimamente velada, genera poca espuma de rápida disipación. En nariz huele mucho a clavo, paja y algo de polvo. En boca es muy ligera, carbonatación fina, refrescante, fondo dulce y especiado, ligera acidez, seca, toque cítrico. Como hefeweizen la encuentro bastante flojita, algo le falta.

Tap at Brew Wild Pizza, Madrid, 31st March 25. Pours pretty clean for a weisse. Atoma is citrus, slight sweet, taste is yeasty, sweet, a bit fizzy or something, doesn’t come together for what I want in a Weiss

Аромат сразу не в стиль, есть много ноток от специй, затем как будто тропики но они какие то химозненькие. Цвет тоже слишком темный для классике пшеничной, пена средняя. Вкус такой же, есть нотки химозные, но они приятные при этом. Много специй, типо гвоздика и даже шиповник при этом почти бананов нету. Есть еще пшеница но она идет с хмелем в цитрусы. В общем если это было заявлено как пшеничка в Американском стиле то да, а так странно.

Tap at Brew Wild. Mostly clear pale golden, white lace. Bubblegum, clove, vanilla base, light dusty. Medium body, light stickiness, bready gum finish.

Draught@Craft Beer Helsinki. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is wheat, some fruits, mild yeast and some spiciness. Flavour is wheat, some quite strong fruitiness, citrus and mild yeasty tones.

Tap at the Beergeek Bar. Clearish golden body, white head. Light white grape notes in the aroma, a bit herbal, some dry, papery notes. Soft taste, white grape, herbal notes, light lime notes, wheaty maltiness, good enough, trace vanilla. Good stuff really, one of the best of the lot really.

15 February 2019. La Quince TTO @ Dok, Ghent. Cheers to Anke! Pours clear pale yellow with a lasting, small, foamy, white head; some lacing. Aroma of ripe banana, yellow apple, clove, wheat, breadcrust, honey, dough. Taste is light fruity sweet, banana & apple peel balancing nicely with sourish wheat & lemon, leading to a light spicy bitter middle with clove & white pepper, a bit honeyish still, white bread & dough supportive maltiness. Dryish, bit grassy hoppy finish, more banana, wheat, honey. Medium body, oily/fluffy texture, soft carbonation. Not extraordinary but I like it.
