Brut IPA with Citra, Wakatu, Rakau and Waimea. A massive hop punch and the perfect antidote to the New England IPA style (though we love those too!) A special enzyme consumes all the residual malt sugars leaving a bone dry beer but with low bitterness. A huge hop aroma from a combination of US and NZ hops rounds off the showcase for a very popular style.
