2/I/19 - 33cl bottle from Ambarosa (Aalst) @ my parent's home, BB: see cap, nothing on the cap though - (2019-1) Thank to my mom for sharing the bottle, and to my uncle Jan for getting her the beer. ;-)
Pretty clear golden blond beer, small creamy white irregular head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: pretty floral first, soapy, metallic, banana, bit malty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, bit sweet, yeasty, some banana, sweet touch, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: sugary, banana, yeasty, floral, bit malty, some acetone, more overripe banana, little bitter, bit chemical, metallic touch.

22 June 2018. At Gerstenhof, Aalst.
Pours hazy pale golden with a lasting, small, foamy, white head; little lacing. Aroma of mango, citrus, banana, yeast, straw, bready malt, wheat, white pepper, spices. Medium fruity sweet onset balancing ripe banana & mango, bit bready & yeasty; light spicy bitter middle with a grainy & hoppy touch. Dry, peppery hoppy finish, bit grassy, lingering yeast. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Acceptable Belgian Blonde, not surprising but balanced and tasty.
