[ As Van Moll Doppelganger Bourbon BA ].
ABV: 10.5%. Clear dark amber orange brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, wood, caramel, vanilla - barrel - bourbon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, wood, chocolate, dark malt, malty, rich, barrel - vanilla - bourbon, coconut - tonka ! Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20190927]

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival 2019, day 1. Brown color, average sized beige head. Smells like stuff I use in the shower, shower gel or shampoo. Flavor is sweet, firm barrel influence, a touch of caramelised sugars. Quite useful.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is vanilla, caramel. Taste is vanilla, caramel, brown sugar. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Fun.

Clear red brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: dried fruits, coconut, caramel, some vanilla, chocolate notes, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter up front, nice roast, coconut, chocolate, soft acidity, quite some alcohol, nice one!

On tap. A dark orange brown beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet caramelized malt and chocolate. Taste of sweet strong dark caramelized malt, coconut, dark chocolate malt.
