Bottle 33cl. Golden, cloudy with a minimal white head. Aroma of malt and straw. Light bitter, short malt end. Indio, Stockholm.

Keg at Beaverex '18 Day I, 07/09/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is tangy citric peel, straw, grains. Taste comprises bittersweet citric peel, light yeast esters, stale bread, herb, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Beaverfest. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts. Tangy herby saison yeast. Touch of tangy citrus. Light herby finish. Just another saison. Fine.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Tap at gollem. Pours straw yellow, slightly haze blonde. Good, creamy, very stable white head. Smell is grainy, missies the characteristic phenols somewhat. Heavy, not as fresh as I'd like. Mild honey notes even. Taste is bitter. Here some phenols do show. Heavy maltyness, with quite a lot of honey going on. Not what I'd expect from a saison. OK in general. Mild signs of DMS as the glass warms up and is swirled... Turning less good the more you sip on it.

Pours hazy golden, topped with very sizeable and semi-lasting white foamy head. Mediu spicy nose, coriander and some bready maltiness. Taste quite strongly spiced, herbal bitterness to go along it. Very dry in the finish. Medium light body. A bit to herbal and dry for my liking.

Keg at BeaverFest 2018 Friday... Golden amber.. Thin.. Soft sweet sweet herbal toffee fruit nose... Long grain herbal hay
