Orange - amber body. Off-white head. Sour aroma. Ok flavour - wine and Flemish sour. Not a superb combination, but could be worse.

Bottle. Color: Reddish brown, copper. No head. Aroma: Tart, vinuous, red and dark fruit. Taste: Moderate tart and above moderate sweet, vinuous, fruity notes of grape, red and dark fruit. Some momentary balsamico vinegar hints. Subtle notes of caramel. Boozy hints. Medium body, no carbonation. Nice complexity. I miss the carbonation, which is a shame because otherwise this is quite a nice beer.

Clear dark rusty red brown beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, some vinegar, lactobacillus, lemon juice, some yoghurt, red fruits, wood, some tannins. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty acidic, bit fruity, alcohol, red berries, bitter notes, more alcohol. Aftertaste: fruity, dry, tannins, acidic, bit lemony, more fruity, bit smoky, woody, dry finish, nice one!
