Little cloudy red brown beer, small creamy light beige head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: yeasty, wild yeast, funky, floral, little sugary. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet, alcohol, soft acidity, very yeasty, little bitter.
