10 August 2019. At Belgian Beer Geek Tasting. Cheers to the crew, thanks for hosting, Tim! Bottle from the brewery shop in Metz - thanks, Anke! Hazy amber, lasting, thick, foamy, tan head. Aroma of red & green bell pepper, biscuit, mango, orange peel, olive oil, pink grapefruit. Taste is light fruity sweet, restrained apple & pear on top of biscuity malt, a bit nutty & toasty; bitterness developing with notes of herbs, pepper, tea leaves; more apparent in the dry, herbal hoppy finish, more spicy & tabasco-like now with a weird hint of bell peppers. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Not my cup of tea.

10/VIII/19 - 50cl bottle as Oktobertest 2018 #1 Firehouse @ Belgian Beer Geek Gathering Summer Ed. I, BB: 4/X/19 - (2019-1185) Thanks to nathanvc for sharing the bottle!
Pretty cloudy orange beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: nice and fruity, dried fruits, caramel, malty, sweetish. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy start, malty, grains, hay, bit hoppy, funky. Aftertaste: dry, hoppy, bitter, bit spicy, decent one!
