Brewed in collaboration with fellow Norfolk brewery Lacons this beer is pushing the boundaries. A dark kettle soured beer that combines de-husked dark malts, Bramling Cross hops, and sour cherries to give complex flavours of dark fruits, chocolate and roasted coffee.

Pretty clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit metallic, acidic, funky, lactic and fruity acidity, some cherries, hint of cocoa powder and chocolate. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty acidic, some lemon juice, fruity, cherries, quite some tannins, bitter touch. Aftertaste: bit metallic, sourish, bitter, dry, some tannins, fruity, cherries, clean acidity, dry, almost mouth puckering acidity, tannins.
