28/IV/19 - sample @ Zythos Bierfestival 2019 (Leuven), BB: n/a - (2019-637) Thanks to Didi for the sample!
Pretty cloudy orange beige beer, small creamy irregular head, pretty stable, bit adhesive, leaving some patches of lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty yeasty, lots of banana, slightly fruity. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of banana up front, yeast, very bitter, little herbal. Aftertaste: still quite some banana, dry and bitter finish. Not bad, but by no means an IPA. Too much yeast phenols (wrong type of yeast for an IPA).
