500ml @ Ryan's shared with Alex and Farees. Appearance: very nice purple with a deep rose head. Aroma: nice sour cherries, cherry skins, and stones. Taste: along the same lines, lots of cherries, maybe some cherry syrup. Overall: good one.

Purplish cherry colour, without head. On the nose, lots of cherry. Has a big cherry aroma. This is lactic, quite tart, and then it's got that big cherry character.

Re-rate: Poured from 500mL bottle (2023 vintage). Purple-ish red with small pink head. Lots of nice cherry character, quite fresh, enjoyable. Same rating. September 28, 2021 (8/3/8/4/16=3.9): Poured from the tap @ The Magnet. Ruby red with no head. Rich, yet subdued tart cherry, oak, funk, touch of brett. Quite nice.

Dark red colour, pink head. Lovely cherry character, pit tannins, and juice; moderately sour.

Deep ruby red with a decent pink head. Spicy dark cherry pit. Soured cherry pit and light sweet dark cherry. Very nice and balanced.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy dark pinkish purple with a small pink head. Aroma is loaded with bright cherries, beautiful funk, and a bit of oak. Flavour is full of gently tart cherries, moderate funk, and oak. The cherries are wonderfully expressive and incorporated well in the beer. Excellent.

500ml bottle. Pours a beautiful hazy red with a small, creamy, long lasting, pink head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of cherry, Brett and oak. Sweet fruity flavour of cherry, Brett, oak and faint vinegar in a dry, tart, mild acidic finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Very tasty and easy to tip back.
