Draught@Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some nectary and mild wooden tones. Flavour is fruity, lactic, floral, earthy and also some mild yeasty and metallic tones to it. Aroma was ok, but flavour has something going on.

On tap at Uba ja Humal, pours a clear golden with a small off-white head. Nose brings out lots of lacto upfront, followed by lightly tart fruitiness and some citrus hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with farmhouse notes, tons of lacto, and tart citrusy hops. For a kettle sour, this comes together pretty well. Solid.

Taster @ UJH Taproom. Pours usual hazy orange. Light grainy sour nose, bit of citrus among the acidity and grainy body. Taste has lots of lemon, acidic and sour. Clean sour, not really that much farmhouse character there. Simple sour thing that feels nice but fails to bring out the funk that I love in farmhouse style.
