Pours rather clear , blonde , red is mostly gone. Medium sized white head, low stability. Smell is mildly dusty, cellar, mild fruityness left. Taste is full, tart, oaky, dry, not as acetic as other really old cantillon I had. Touch of red fruits, not recognizable as raspberry anymore. Very interesting taste profile, with the fruits toned down to a complexity feature.
