For me, this one was good, opening it yesterday, on the balcony, coming from Luzern. Subtle and well balanced sour beer, like the beers of this serie, this one was dry and sour, dry malt, tart, fruity, note of grapes, a bit woody, 10.08.24

Small, disparate head over foxy copper-orange beer, not very carbonated by looks. Sour nose, floral, spring fruit, bit vinous, as an Iberian white wine. Sour fruit, unripe grapes, white wine vinegar, fruit acids, rhubarb. Hint of wine in the finish, this time rather red or rosé. Puckeringly tart, dry-out effect in full, acidburn and -thinning. Not very carbonated indeed. Despite the wine barrel aging and the wild bacteria/yeasts breeding, it presents a profile that is rather unidimensional, one would more likely expect from a kettle sour.

On tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Unclear golden/amberish coloured, small white head, sourish fruity nose. Fruity, notes of grapes, some berries and rather dry sour finish.

On tap at Brewdog Budapest. Cloudy orange, small white head. Fruity, some grapes, vinous, funk, medium sourness. Medium bodied.

From tap @ The Tower, Helsinki. Poured amber deep color with a thin head. Quite acidic aroma with some berries and grapes. Vinegary with acidicness, tartness and wood. Slightly burning finish. Interesting.

(Draught at BrewDog Camden, London, 25 July 2019) Reddish amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with red berries, raspberries and rose wine. Fruity, tart taste with notes of red fruit, rhubarb, raspberries, rose wine and a mild bitterness in a slightly tannic finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty, with a fresh winey acidity. Nice one.
