Elaboré à partir de deux variétés de pommes à cidre : la Guillevic et l'Avrolle.

Cidre caractérisé par sa saveur "agrûme", bien acidulée et sa couleur très pâle.

Beaucoup de finesse, très fruité, pauvre en sucre, très fines bulles.

Effervescence naturelle

Dégustation : Parfait en apéritif, avec les entrées, les crustacés, poissons, viandes blanches, fromages.

Présentation : bouteille champenoise de 75 cl

75cl bottle @ Cidrerie Sehedic. Pours a clear pale gold. Aroma of richly sweet, complex apple fruit. Excellent clarity to taste, very characterful Avrolles et Guilevic apple fruit coming through well. Lovely.

Cider World Expo 2025 Frankfurt. A clear yellow colour. Aroma and Taste of dry sour apples, light body, lime, easy to drink.

Bottle. Clear darker golden. The color is probably because this is an older bottle... Crisp tart apple, vanilla, lime, chalk, soft white oak, white grapes. This is really more on the sweet-sour apple varieties. Solid medium sour, lighter sweet. Medium bodied,medium dry. Pretty good, bit maybe better fresh.

Bottle shared at home. No vintage named on the bottle, 5.5% abv. Pale straw and no head. Quite sour and very dry. Notes of tart apples, gone sour white wine, no funk. Medium body and soft carbonation. Light oily feel to it. Not really my kind of cider.
