This light wheat beer was brewed with two aromatic hops : Hüll Melon and Hallertau Blanc. But the real focus are the two special ingredients, Ginger and Combava, which is a citrus. It gives some light dry bitterness in addition to the hop bitterness, while the ginger gives the spicy and fruity intense flavours. If you don’t know where to go : C' labacomva !

Pours clear, darker amber. Decent white head with a good stability. Smell is Malty, touch of spiced, but not clearly destinguishable . Taste is more clear towards the ginger. Bit floral, too. relatively bitter for a 25 IBU beer, mostly due to the subtile base and mouthfeel. OK, but just another low basebeer, intense spices thing by beerstorming.

Tasted blind. Bottle sampled @ brewery. Orange, non-lasting white head. Nose is rather muted, almost bit oxidized. Carbonation is higher, grainy, bit empty upfront, grainy, some hop but main bitterness finish is akin to a bitter spice like juniper berries, turned out that this has a citrus fruit in it weird, bitter spice finish elevates it, most notable aspect.
