This red shining beer will surprise you in many ways! You think the colour is due to some red malt? Well you're wrong! It comes from the hybiscus flower which brings a slightly sourness as well. A bit of spelt to bring some spicy notes and an addition of green tea with Jasmin enhance the flowery flavours. Medium bitterness and intense hybiscus flavour!

Draft sampled @ brewery. Brewed with Jasmin green tea & hibiscus. Red amber, huge creamy white head. Nose is sweeter hibiscus, vague fruit yeast & some odd yeasty yoghurt. Taste is rotting flowers, unpleasant spoiled yoghurt, grainy, touch higher carbonation, finish is surprisingly heavy & bitter jasmine. Finish is interesting but base is quite problematic, spoiled yoghurt & otherwise for me.

Pours bit unclear darker amberred. Small white head. Smell is full, green, herbal, very mild biscuity malts. Taste is bit bitter , sharp, tad acidic from the malts and perhaps the other ingredients. Full in flavor, bit weak body perhaps.
