Tight off white head left a good collar & blotchy cover on a hazy lemon coloured still body. Brett, yeast & sour fruit aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the palate with a light aerious back. Lemon, Brett, yeast, passion fruit & berry tastes with slightly sour tangy finish.

500ml bottle. Earthy, dry fruity and leathery with some bretta, barnyard notes, oak, passion fruit and stuffy yeastiness. A bit unbalanced

Bottle shared with my bro at BD Aberdeen. It pours clear yellow - gold with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, funky brett action, barnyard, musty, zingy tropical fruits, plenty of passionfruit, peach yoghurt, hay, oak and a definite vinous, red wine character The taste is crisp, dry, funky, bright passion fruit, peach, puckering, touch of fruity acidity, sour candy, sherbet, hay, oak, hint of tannin, barnyard, cracker and minerality with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A very approachable and balanced number. Quaffable.
