I Brutus har vi blandat maltens vört med vindruvornas saft och sedan jäst det hela med en champagnejäst som ger en extra livlig kolsyra. Det ger en spännande blandning av det bästa från två världar. Vi har bryggt med ljus pilsner- och vetemalt och fruktiga humlesorter som matchar och höjer komplexiteten i druvornas alla delikata smaker. Detta är den fjärde av våra experimentöl på stor flaska. (Bottle, vintage 2017) Golden amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of candy sugar, ripe fruit, peaches, herbs, coriander and yeast. Malty, fruity taste with ripe fruit, peaches, apricots, pears, candy sugar, bread, herbs and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Harmonious and well balanced Belgian style blond ale. Nice one.

Bottled. A golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, Belgian yeast, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and fruit, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Orange yellow pour with white head. Sweet fruity and malty with notes of caramel and toffee, with some citrus fruit, light fruity notes, yeasty action, sweet fruity and malty into the close

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight straw. Bitter, grassy and slight fruity finish. Toasted and mild fruity finish.

Bottled:
Pours deep, clear golden with a fluffy head. Aroma is white wine, grapes and some hops. Sparkling mouth feel. Taste is cheap white wine and alcohol. Tastes like Duvel mixed with cheap sparkling whine.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.
