Cloudy gold with a frothy white head. Light sour perfumy notes and funk. Funky, bright and a touch of sour notes. Quite solid.

500mL bottle, pours an opaque, cloudy golden with a large white head. Aroma is very complex, with lots of oak, wild yeast, some funk, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour reveals a beautiful champagne-like effervescence, saison yeast, bright funk, and oak to round it off. Carbonation is aggressive, leaving notes of pithy stone fruit, rustic saison yeast, and oak. This is really lovely.

A bit cloudy, dullish. Yeasty, with a fair bit of brett. Fairly woody and a little bit cheesy. Has a nice fresh taste, lots of brett bringing that, and then some wood in the finish. Bright and fresh. Still yeasty but I like it.

500ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice tart funky oak barrels some nice stone fruit peach apricot notes. Taste is more of the tart funky barrel notes and a nice mix of stone fruit to soften the sourness.
