The classic Irish style. Made with a combination of 7 types of malt that provide notes of coffee and dark chocolate.

Bottle. Pours black. Chocolate, roast, a light acidity that I hope isn’t deliberate, prune. Medium body. A little flawed but seems like it would be solid if it wasn’t.

Bottle picked up at Fresh Market in Costa Rica
Pours dark brown with a medium sized beige head, some lacing. Roasted malts, coffee, cacao, metallic and mild sour bitter
Decent. It was really good cold, but as it warms up it goes downhill.

Actually a very solid stout. Definitely the best Salvadoran beer I've had. Roast and coffee with some cacao. Pours black with good head and lacing. Mostly bitter finish with a bit of booze. Bottle from Don Israel's.

Deep brown with a thing off-white head. Light roasted malts, lightly sour stock, some light cocoa, dark malts. Thin body. Finish is a bit roasted and a bit sour. Interesting and enjoyable brew.
