A malt bill of imported English pale, crystal, brown and black with a large addition of roasted barley and flaked oats for a silky mouth-feel. A generous addition of the English hop varietal First Gold round out the big, bold flavor profile. This version was aged for 2 months in A. Smith Bowman Bourbon barrels.
