Small yellow-beige head, not very stable, over clear chestnut coloured beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Some alcohol in the nose, caramel, even hint @ toffee; bread, yeast, autumn leaves, mild roast. Sweet-bitterish, and again a clear alcoholbite, not really in accordance with its modest 7% ABV. Finish is a bit drier, and slightly bitter, again in the way of autumn leaves mixed with caramel, coloured malts. There's a hint to a certain acidity, especially within the aftertaste, difficult to nail down. Leafy flavours keep going. Medium bodied, feels better carbonated than it looks; bit sticky afterfeel. Not really hoppy despite its subtitle. Thanks to Stef !
