Keg at the Tacoma location, 9/14/23. Clear brown, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of nuts, caramel, cherry. Taste is caramel, toast, nuts, molasses. Well balanced.

Medium brown. Medium roasted malts, caramel, toffee, cocoa, toast. Medium bodied. A fairly roasted malt centric brown ale. A little lighter roasted malt than a stout. Quite enjoyable.

Medium chestnut, thin head. Sweeter, slightly toffeeish nose. Lightly toasted, moderate bitterness, some dark sugars. Finish is mostly dry.
