An off-dry cider blended with fresh sweet dark cherries from Washington. It tastes like a bite of a fresh cherry- a bit tart, barely sweet, and deep enough for drinking in the winter or the summer. Reminiscent of a good lambic. Pairs great with Asian food.
Apples: Granny Smith, Gala.

Short pour at Cowtown in Ft. Worth. Frothy, clear, cherry pour. Half sharp, peppery, sugar water nose. Sweet, mushy apple base, not enough tartness. Back sweetened crap, too round, malic acid isn't enough, only faintly cherry, super flabby. Extract trash.

Can from Final Gravity in Roseville, CA. Pours a light blush color with transient bubbles. aroma of cider with some cherry. Med minus body. Flavor is a little tart, towards dry; somewhat cherry enough to actually hide some of the cider aspects. Nice, but for me it's not strongly flavored. More cherries.

On tap at Locust, pours a clear copper with no head. Aroma brings out subdued cherry skins, light-medium sweetness. Flavour brings out medium sweet dark cherries, little presence of apples. Nice cherry character. Solid but unexciting.

12 oz can poured to my Locust can glassware. Pours a dark grape juice color with a pink fizz head that’s gone with the blink of an eye. Sweet red delicious apples and candy cherry aroma. Flavor is juicy, cherries, apple. Flavor seems non alcoholic despite a slight vinegar like hint that comes through. Juicy all around. Tasty cider.

Apple and cherry. Dark sugars. Light tart. Sweet fruity finish. Full flavored. Very nice. Avoids the fake sweet or unnecessarily tart cider profile. Would drink again.
