Bottle to napkin rate from LetsPour dot com. Memories... Tulip pour. Pretty, clear, pale, golden bronze, bubbly body. Smell is full of sharp & tart, browned, macerated apples. Sharp & floral, reminiscent of quince. Quince makes great cider. A bit of a buttery aspect to the nose as well. Taste is more simple. Solid tartness upfont, followed by a rush of Sweet Tarts. Middle is grassy & crispy, with an ok amount of bitter woody tannins. Finishes dry & forgetful. Solid quad(& it smells very inviting), but maybe too tart & sweet upfront, without a whole lot backing it up.

I "sampled" this multiple times at the Seattle Cider Summit just to make sure I got a good impression of it...and because it was truly a great cider. Nice golden with a white bubbly head. Nice apple, tart, fruity sweet, tannic. Nice zesty feel in the finish. Full flavored but with a nice effervescent body that really makes this eminently drinkable. One of the best ciders I’ve had. Great flavor combined with great refreshment. I wish it was easier to find.
