Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a slightly hazed gold body that supports a dirty white head. The aroma comes across tart with citrusy lemon and vaguely grapefruit notes followed by a thin sense of malts and then a saltiness off in the background. The taste begins bright with tart to slightly soured lemon and sort of wheat tempered lime. To midway a wafer thin wheat character is noticed along with some mild saltiness. This is pretty easy drinking and refreshing. Good hot weather slugger.
