Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Floral, fruity, yeasty, a bit of sweet honey, and a mid-crisp finish. Decent beer but the Borage added very little compared to their other saison offerings. very similar to the R5 with a bit of apple. I don’t think this one ended up where the brewer wanted.
