From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citric and light cornish/grassy/straw. Citric, milky and light fruity. Light tart and mild bitter finish. Reappearing grassy.

Johnny Brenda’s, Philadelphia tap: Pours a golden color with almost no head. Aroma is wheat malts and slight fruitiness. This wasn’t really that sour. There was some mild sourness, but not that flavourful kind that really hits the spot that you find in the better examples of this style. It was plenty easy to drink, but all in all, this was a disappointing Berliner... if you even want to call it that.

I am in no way a Berliner pro. Clear golden with a white head. Slightly tart aroma with light grain. Medium bubbly body. Flavor has lightly sour notes, grain, and maybe a light fruity note. A light Berliner compared to the few I've had but a tasty one anyway.
