Sidepour tap at the new place. Rather sour, tart, lemon pepper me tone. Spelt tone is solid, gives it some depth. Really good.

Sampled from the tap. Pours a clear crisp gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is grassy with flora, light fruits and a bit of hay underlying. Flavor has grass and flora up front with light fruits and a bit of grain backing.

Copper with a white head. Spicy, slight sweet caramel, a bit sweet. Lightly dry. Quite a nice saison. I would drink this all afternoon if I could.
