Inspired by the strong pale Abbey Ales of Belgium, our "Born Again" Tripel is dosed with Simcoe, Amarillo, Cascade, and Saaz hops. Combined with an authentic Belgian Abbey yeast strain and 60 lbs. of Belgian candi sugar syrup, this beer presents aromas and flavors of citrusy tropical fruits and exotic spices, with a dry, lingering hop finish.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8
Golden with a white head. Aroma has nice fruity citrus hops, honey, floral, sugary. Medium body. Flavor has sweet honey, round citrus hops, good sugary malts, bright citrus, a but of earthy hops, too. Very nice.
