12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear straw color with a medium white head. A nice rich grainy nose of Pils malt and some hay. The flavor is very crisp and clean with really rich flavors of Pils malt, honey and bread. Really nice.

Clear gold with a rocky white head. Sweet malt aroma, fruits, yeast. Flavor has light hops, fruity sweet malts, sugary, and a bit of earth. Medium bodied. This is ok.

Sampled on draft at the Rivertowne Pub this beer poured a bright golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left minimal lacing. The aroma was sharp and crisp bitter perfumey and fruity hops with a touch of grape and noticeable alcohol. The flavor was bitter, bready, nutty and had a crisp citric hop presence and a note that reminded me of pretzel dough. The finish was very long bread, nut and fruit. Medium body. Solid.

On tap at the bocktown in monaca. Looks like a typical clear pale yellow ale. Rather friendly at first. It has a tad of what I perceive to be pils in the background. However, as the session continues, this stuff starts getting this piercing bitter thinghappening in the background. IT builds thru the sesiion. Pointed bitter attitude. Unique flavors for a pils, weird at times. Yes, the finish has that astrigent thing going on in the back of my throat. Seens to be OK overall except for that pointed bitter thing going on. Good co2.
