Crisp refreshing natural hard apple cider. Crisp over ice. A classically styled, but untraditional hard apple cider. Fruit forward, with a fresh, crunchy appley nose and a deliciously creamy, refreshingly crisp mouth feel.

12 oz bottle from Super 1 in Rathdrum, ID. Pours clear golden with a fleeting white head. Aroma is basic cider, no frills or off-notes. Taste is sweet and tart, finishing dry. Carbonation is fairly soft, thin body. Good and simple.

Bottle: Poured a light pale yellow color cider with light bubbly head. Aroma of light semi-sweet apple notes is pretty straight forward. Taste is dominated by semi-sweet apple notes with a dry finish. Body is light with spritzer –like carbonation. This is a pretty bland cider that could sue additional complexity.

12 ounce bottle from the Utah State Store. Pours a very clear golden color with a small, almost no head. A huge very sweet apple and sugar nose. The flavor is rich sweet apples, very crisp, a bit of sugars and some lingering bitterness. Quite natural, good.

One of the worst ciders I have had. Nose initially seemed like granny smith skins but moved on to jolly rancher green apple candy. Watered down baby apple juice flavor and palate.

Purchased at Breeze Thru Wine & Spirits in Milwaukee, WI; enjoyed prior to leaving for the airport to escape my frigid city. Appearance a light gold with no head, looks like slightly yellow water with tiny carbonation bubbles. Aroma of sugar and apple juice. Taste is pretty crisp, definitely tastes like natural apples, and a bit cider like, nothing much more though. It’s decent stuff, nothing outstanding, just standard.

Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Head crackles and recedes to nothing. Sour apple and funk aromas. Dry, sweet hard candy apple upfront turning to mild skin in the abrupt finish.
