Draft. Poured a mostly clear golden color with a medium sized, foamy white head. Aroma was a bit hoppy, crisp, clean malts, yeast notes very mellow. Flavor was crisp slightly sweet, but mild malts. Crisp, enjoyable, refreshing.

Clear and pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has nice light earthy hops with mild grain notes, too. Flavor is light and airy. Mild grain, mild earth hops. Body has crisp carbonation. Finish is mildly dry. A good kolsch.

Tap at David Copperfield’s. Pours a clear yellow with a mild, white head. Pleasant aroma of toasted, cracker malts and light citrus hops. Flavor has a crisp sweetness with some mild lemon notes and faint hops. Light to medium in body with sharp carbonation. Finishes crisp and clean. There seemed to be a slight sour note and I wondered at the keg age, but overall not a major detractor. Good stuff none the less.

Served on draft at the brewery. Pours a clear pale golden color with a thin head. Decent head retention and lacing. The aroma is grainy malts and a bit of corn. The taste is grassy, bitter and grainy with a bit of toastiness and a fruity note in the finish. Medium bodied. Very nice kolsch.

On tap. Pours with a huge white head and a clear golden body. Aroma is grassy and grainy with bread and a touch of sourdough bread at that. Taste is lightly toasted grain. Kind of watery and grassy. Light bubbles and a watery mouthfeel. I like my homebrew kolsch better, thank you very much...
