Pilsner has evolved.Weve taken a well known work horse and added hops. A lot of hops. Crisp, clean, and golden, this ambitiously dry hopped lager left old school pilsner at the station, did his wife, stole his bible and made him thank him for it.

From can on board Fridtjofen 15.08.17. Clear pale golden. Persisten off-white head. Aroma and taste of American hops, passion fruit, mango citrus and marmalade. Mediunm citrus bitterness lingering on. Refreshing, but a bit waterish.

Clear dark blond beer, big creamy solid white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, peaches, some passion fruit, bit of mango. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty fruity start, peaches, citrus, some grapefruit, pretty bitter, nice hoppy stuff. Aftertaste: more citrus, some grapefruit, bit grassy, pretty bitter, little metallic, quite some pineapple.

KØLF 240217. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, malt. Flavor is citrus, grapefruit, malt, hop, grass, hint of butterscotch, floral. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Can. Slightly unclear golden body with a fine white head. Aroma is grainy, some grass and floral. Flavor is medium sweet pale malt, grassy and floral hops, decent bitter and with a fruity touch. Medium body and average aftertaste. Both aroma and flavor is quite typical lager’ish with an extra touch of grassy and floral hops with a balanced bitterness. I don’t find much of the citric fruit here, either is it gone or it’s just me, but for a hoppy lager I’m satisfied with the relatively clean lager profile where the floral hops and bitterness becomes just a bit more pronounced. Tasty and well made within the style.

Can at B�din �lfestival, Bod�. Has a clear straw colour with an off-white head. Aroma of spicy hops, grapefruit, pine and citrus. Fruity flavour of tropical fruit, pale sweet malt and dry hay in the end. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. A fresh and fruity lager. Nice.

Nice refreshing and tasty session able ale.
Hazed golden color with a fine white head. Good lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Citric, some pine, tropical fruity and malty flavor.

Can. A faintly foggy one, golden in color and with a small, white head on top. Some lacing. The aroma is lightly citrusy, both orange and grapefruit, with pine cone notes and a faint touch of pale malts. Some grass and flowers too. It’s medium bodied, semi-dry and with a pleasant carbonation level. There’s some biscuity pale malts in the back of the flavor, with a nice bitterness level, some orange and pine cones and hints of grass, flowers and mango. Generic fruityness in the finish. Quite pleasant this one, but in a way it feels a bit cloying on the palate, except if it’s close to freezing cold. Not bad in any way though. 170331
