Deep amber with an off-white head. Caramle malts, oranges, light toasted malts, biscuit, and just a bit of tart cherry. Body is a bit fuller than I was expecting, nice. Flavor is similar to the body with a little more orange citrus and some earth, as well. Don’t really notice the 6%. Solid bock.

I think this is my 10th top five Baird beers. Amber-mahogany color. Unbelievably smooth malty body with chocolate, cherries and oranges. Flavors just linger. Body is just right for 6%. It hits everything right for a bock. Need to find more.
