Super hazy, almost orange juicy straw golde and light orange coloured body, with a thinnish, two centimetre tall off-white large-bubbled head that fades fast above the 95 per cent opaque body. Aroma of oranges, grain, wheat, alcohol, honey, resin, flowers, a bit of crisp spices and some noticeable sugar in the scent. Medium to Full-bodied; Very rich and powerful malt and dry oaty notes show at first with a strong orange and grapefruit zest characteristic, with a slight floral flavour as well, with a strong bitterness from the grassy and pretty resinous hops and finishing with a little bit of the lactose noticeable here, but more from the alcohol warmth. Aftertaste shows some bitterness at first with a great orangey and pungent kick from the fruits and some relatively strong (they have to be) but balanced malt notes as well, but all ends well with richness, complexity and drinkability. Overall, very nice for the style and although it shows the alcohol as listed, this goes down easy enough and provides enough of an easy-drinking finish, to be smooth-ish, but get this straight - this is a real Imperial IPA, with fruits, bitterness, malt, sugars and alcohol, and in a PINT can! Great to try this ultra-fresh, but of course wish the format was a lot smaller! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Laurel, Maryland on 20-July-2022 for US$8,49 which arrived into the store on 13-July-2022 and canned on 25-May-2022 but sampled at my house here in Washington on 27-July-2022.

Green City: pours hazy orange with white head. Fruity, grapefruit, vague tropics. Sweet. Too much sugar. Low bitterness. Meh.

Keg at Man in The Moon, Stockholm. Hazy golden, small head. Rich aroma of tangerine and peppermint. Mid sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Lychee, tangerine and menthe. Peppery warming mid bitter finish.

On tap at Man in the Moon, Stockholm. Hazy orange with a white head. A bit sweet with hops, citrus, orange and some pine. The finish was quite bitter. A pleasant one.
