I am not sure if anyone outside scandinavia know what glögg is. Kind of glühwein or mulled wine. This one was so close to a beer glögg as you can get. And I love glögg. Solid! [Can from Gulating in Fredrikstad, Norway]

Aus der Dose (bbe 12.11.2021) im 2021-07 getrunken. Dieses trübe, weinrote Ale kommt mit deutlichen Nelken, Waldbeeren und Schokoladenaromen daher. Am Gaumen dominieren die Waldbeeren wunderbar abgestimmt mit dem Nelkeneinfluss. Die Säure ist präsent aber dominiert dieses Ale nicht. Ein tolles Sour!

Can, 4.5%. Pungent, sweet aroma, dark red berries, and some Glögg spices. Deep dark red colour, resembling blood. The flavour is nicely citric, and then come the glögg spices. Tastes a lot of Christmas spices, but the acid helps a lot. Interesting.

Can. Pours cloudy dark berry red with airy pinkish head. Clear aroma of cake, with notes of berries and cinnamon. Dry, vinous flavour with touches of cake and spice. Cinnamonlike and estery aftertaste with vinous notes. Decent.
