A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful sweet fruity mix of ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and complex. Bottle at Bières et Saveurs 2019.
